What is it?
OmCycle Yoga is yoga for balancing your Ovulatory-Menstrual Cycle.
These yoga videos are collaborations I did with a fertility wellness brand, HolyMama, and a world-renowned yoga studio in Bali, Radiantly Alive.
The HolyMama collaboration consists of four videos, one for each phase, that are 20-30 minutes long each.
The Radiantly Alive collaboration consists of 7 videos, one for each chakra/hormone gland, and are full length studio classes of about 1 hour 20 minutes long.
Who is it for?
This is for you if you feel you need some balance in your mind, body & spirit.
A lot of yoga is very active and masculine, like ashtanga or Bikram. You can’t do this every day while also trying to balance your hormones. Women’s hormones are different every day throughout the month, which means your muscles and mindset are different in each phase too.
When you practice with your cycle, you’re finding more balance within your inner and outer environments.

You will learn:
OmCycle Yoga is yoga for balancing your hormones. Each phase of your cycle calls for a different chakra (aka hormone gland, an energetic center) to focus on as well as a different intention, meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and asana (physical movement or pose).
Throughout the classes, you’ll learn about how certain asanas benefit certain hormone glands, organs, and meridians, as well as what emotions are correlated with each phase.
Outcome
Yoga is a scientifically proven way to lower stress! Stress management is one of the most important things to do to balance your hormones.
Practice with your cycle and you’ll see that you’ve created a much more intentional, self-loving, and womb-honoring life for yourself. With happier, healthier hormones of course!
