Pauline Goossens is a Holistic Women’s Hormone Cycle Expert & certified Vinyāsa yoga teacher who teaches women all over the world how to balance hormones naturally. Understanding female cyclical nature and patterns are her passions & mission for the world to live in balance & awareness. She now lives in Bali where she holds online group programs, workshops, retreats, and women’s circles.

Dianne Styling

Dianne Styling is a certified Vinyāsa, Tantric Hatha and Yin yoga teacher. She is also registered as a Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner and loves to use sound healing and mantra for people to connect to deeper parts of themselves. She is passionate about guiding others into deep states of relaxation, from where great healing and introspection can arise. She is also passionate about women’s health and cycle awareness, incorporating teachings of yoga, pranayama and the breath to bring balance and self awareness.
