Module 1
Intro to hormone cycle awareness
You’ll learn what it means to be aware in each phase and how to make better decisions with where you are in the cycle. You’ll also learn about the windows of fertility and how to avoid or plan for pregnancy.
Module 2
Mind Balance
You’ll learn how your thoughts and emotions change throughout the cycle. There are patterns and common thoughts & emotions in each phase. We have thousands of thoughts a day, and most of them are hormonal. Understand how to detach from thoughts & emotions that don’t serve you to focus on the ones that do.
Module 3
Gut Balance
You’ll learn how to deal with stress & know what to eat for each of the four phases. Women need different nutrients at different times of the cycle to optimize her health, not like the male’s 24-hour cycle. Stress & nutrition are the top two main things to take care of to balance your hormones.
Module 4
Body Balance
You’ll learn that a woman’s body changes throughout the cycle and that calls for different exercises & movements with each phase. You’ll understand what workouts & intensities are best for each phase. Body movement is key for raising dopamine, the motivation hormone, as well as serotonin, the satisfaction hormone.
