I started the program feeling quite good about my cycle and my awareness of it. But I went in very open and realized as we got into all the different topics that there were so many things I didn’t yet know. Learning how to change physical symptoms such as bloating, breast tenderness, headaches with adjusting my nutrition (not even what I eat but also HOW I eat), and having even more awareness of my needs on all levels in each phase, helped me immensely to really feel and see a difference on those physical aspects that I once thought were just ‘part of the cycle’, while in fact – we don’t have to suffer from them at all!

How to take care of your physical body

Week 1 – Hormone Cycle Awareness:
Understand the female hormone cycle and how hormones affect everything in your mind, body & life in each phase.

Week 2 – Treating Hormonal Imbalances:
Learn what your symptoms mean & how to start getting rid of them.

Week 3 – Mind Balance:
Recognize how your hormones affect your thoughts & emotions, and what you can do to relieve stress & detach from hormonal thought patterns that do not serve you.

Week 4 – Gut Balance:
Learn how hormones affect your digestion & find out what nutrition is best for optimizing your hormones in each phase. Women’s metabolism, digestion & cravings change throughout the cycle, therefore you need different nutrients & calories for each phase.

Week 5 – Body Balance:
Know what movements are best for each phase so that you can relieve stress, find your ideal weight where you feel great in your body, and strengthen your joints & muscles. Women’s bodies change throughout the month & we should not be doing high intensity workouts every day like men. There are certain times in the cycle where over-exercising actually adds more stress to the body which then turns on fat storage and puts your hormones out of balance.

How to understand your energetic body

Week 6 – OmCycle Yoga:
Deepen your yoga practice through mind-body connection of your Ovulation-Menstruation cycle. Your hormone glands are the chakras, the energy centers of your body. Connect the science to the spiritual through yoga poses & meditation that help balance your hormones.

Week 7 – Natural Birth Control & Fertility Awareness:
Understand how your natural fertility cycle works to either prevent or plan a pregnancy & what natural birth control options are out there.

Week 8 – Attraction, Love & Sex:
Recognize the patterns in your attraction in a partner, as well as how to self-love to attract more love & how sexual desires change with each phase to optimize your love-life.

Week 9 – Chinese Medicine:
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an amazing way to look at the whole picture of someone’s hormone balancing journey. TCM incorporates how a person lives in terms of environment, emotions, nutrition, and a whole lot more, to understand what is out of balance. It’s all about balance. In this session you’ll learn about the relationship between Yin & Yang and the hormone cycle, herbs that support healthy hormones, and how to create good Qi (energy flow) within your body.

10-12 weeks

How to connect to your higher self

Week 10 – Inner Child & Limiting Beliefs:

Be conscious of how your childhood shaped you to behave the way you do today. You are a compilation of your life experiences and your triggers create stress which will throw your hormones out of balance. When you can understand & become aware of your shadows & your inner child’s needs, you can empathize with & have more compassion with yourself, reducing stress and brings more peace into your life.

Get a grasp on what’s holding you back from your fullest potential. By now, you’ve taken much better care of your mind & body and you’re in a space to tackle these limiting beliefs & recreating what you’d like to become. You’ll learn tools to understand what’s holding you back and how to rewrite your story.

Week 11 – Womb Wisdom:
Realize the power of your womb. Your womb is the source, the creation of life & where your estrogen and progesterone are made which influence a huge part of your thoughts, emotions, desires & health. You will learn tools on how to tune into the wisdom of your womb.

Week 12 – Stepping into your Higher Self & Closing Ceremony:
Master your hormone cycle awareness to make the best decisions in each phase. When you live in flow with your cycle, you’re optimizing your time, energy, health & self-love. You’ll understand how to give your mind & body the best so that you can use your vessel to follow your life’s dharma.

We will also close the circle with the beautiful & supportive women you have gone on this journey together.
